Lets say the power goes out in a cottage and when it comes back on again, the water pump isn't working. The owner is 3 hours away and not able to get to the cottage to get it working again for the renters, the We Check it Out contact can be called to deal with it. Yep, we've set up a meeting with them already! I think it sounds like a terrific service. I think it could be a great service for owners who have rental guests too.
