		<description>I have never had baked beans as good as my mom makes.  She's getting old and forgetful.  Perhaps I should spark her memory so she can tell me her secret recipe!  I do know that she uses brown sugar and molasses and she also always takes out a cup or two of beans [once cooked] and mashes them.  Then she returns them to the pot and mixes them up.  I don't know what it does except taste FANTASTIC!!</description>
