What is Poi spinning?  I've done spin classes on stationary bikes but never heard of Poi spinning.

		<description>I find it really hard to exercise at camp.  We don't have road access, so riding bikes or going for walks aren't possible.  I don't LOVE swimming for any length of time, but I do it once in a while.  I'm not a strong waterskiier and only really feel like doing it once or twice a summer.  
The best way for us to stay in shape is to walk in the bush.  We've got a great trail and to and fro takes us at least a half hour.
Poi spinning is fun for a great upper body workout!!</description>

		<description>I've waterskiied between Point Roberts and White Rock and it took about 50 minutes!  Felt like I had run a marathon the next day!
The best way to loss a few pounds around the middle is...EAT plain low fat yogurt and drink water!  I know it sounds crazy, but I can tell you after not exercising regularily for almost a year and having people ask what I do to stay in shape...it works!
