Good advice Laura,
I will keep my eyes peeled. It's amazing how simple we live at the cabin compared to at home. I wouldn't dream of using this at home, but it works just as well as our fancy electric toaster.

Cheers,

We've been using this same toaster for many years. The only problem is with it rusting. I scrub all the rust off before storing it in the basement at the end of the season only to scrub the new rust off at the beginning of the next. I wouldn't give it up, though. Keep your eye out for end of season sales. I just bought a new one at a big name grocery store, on clearance, for $1.98! A spare won't go amiss. Being able to toast 8 slices at once is great with a crowd.
